Returns and Exchange Policy
Hilda & Hanel is currently not engaging in cash refunds at this time. However, if an item does not work out for you we would be happy to do an exchange once your item has been returned. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items returned must be sent back in original condition (unworn, unwashed, smoke free, tags attached). Items returned not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused and shipped back at the cost of the buyer or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please Note: It is the customers responsibility for shipping costs on exchanges. We highly recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.

Ordered the wrong size or colour? No worries! Place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we receive your returned item.
Once your new order is placed please complete the return process below for the item you are returning. When your return arrives a refund for the original transaction will be processed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
Return for Exchange Instructions:
- Please review our Return/Exchange policy above to make sure you have met all return requirements. Note: If items returned do not meet the requirements they will be returned to you at your expense.
- Complete the return form that was included in your order with the product information found on your packaging slip for the item you wish to return.
- Fold item neatly and place in the original plastic garment bag as it was received. Include the completed return form and send to:
